Case study of an 82-year-old suffering from severe Alzheimer’s disease whose husband provided permission to share his documentation of her amazing recovery (which will continue to be monitored):

Originally arriving in Houston virtually comatose in a wheelchair and unable to read or recognize anyone, within weeks of receiving 7-liters of yFFP Karen is now enjoying disco dancing, winning at Wordle, interacting with friends and family, and just walked several lengthy NYC blocks to breakfast and back without assistance.

A former ballerina, she has now informed her husband of her interest in opening and operating a dance studio.

Karen’s joyful smile shines in direct contradiction of the National Institute of Aging’s definition of Alzheimer's outcomes (Alzheimers.gov is managed by the National Institute on Aging):

There is currently no cure for Alzheimer's disease. Once the disease process begins, brain cells are permanently damaged and lost, and that damage cannot be reversed. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Medically speaking, there are no documented cases of full, permanent recovery from Alzheimer’s disease. It is a progressive, neurodegenerative condition. While some treatments can help manage symptoms or slow cognitive decline, the brain damage caused by Alzheimer’s is currently considered irreversible.

In this short clip, Dr. Stanley Jones meets with Sam Sann—an accomplished American Ninja Warrior —to discuss the wear and tear on his knee and what led him to explore Young Plasma therapy.

This behind-the-scenes look offers a rare view of how a knee injection is administered and how patients like Sam respond in real time.
